Bought the camera in January and installed it but never got a chance to calibrate it until this weekend. When I plugged it in the computer will not recognize a device was plugged in. Tried different computers and different USB ports same result. It was working last month just not calibrated. Anyone else have this issue?
Double check that the plugs on both ends are fully seated. Are you using a USB extension cable, by chance?
