Lightburn Camera Woes

Sorry to bother everyone. Here is my issue: I bought a new Light burn camera ( 8MPN-120)and my laser is a new Orion Motor Tech 80 watt with 700 x 500 bed. I’m using a iMac I stole from my kids running an up-to-date IOS (Catalina 10-15-16). the iMac can “see” the Lightburn camera when it is plugged into a USB but it will not show up in the Lightburn app C view. I can not calibrate the lens because the camera picture doesn’t register in the app. Here is the debug log:

The 8mp-N cameras do not work with MacOS - they’re supposed to, but don’t, and I have no idea why. They don’t even work with Facetime or the Mac camera app. They’re selectable, but never give an image.

Email us at support at LightBurnSoftware and we’ll exchange it for you.
