I’ve been using Lightburn core license for about 2 weeks and it suddenly stopped working and requires an upgrade to a more advanced license. What could be the reason for that ? I’m using Windows 11 and my laser is 600*900 that can save files on its internal drive and can be used OFFLINE
According to your profile you have a laser with a Ruida controller.
This controller is normally used for DSP lasers.
DSP lasers need the Lightburn pro licence to work.
Maybe you had the trial version, which cover core and pro version due trial period.
You buyed the core version which isn´t enough for your laser. So with the end of trial period the support for your DSP stops.
Thanks. The issue I’m having is that we purchased the core license after the trial version expired and we have until now been using an activated core license for 2 weeks and it worked, until it suddenly stopped today
