Just purchased and loaded the software for the first time and haven’t ever used the ORTUR machine either, but when I launch the Lightburn software I get a LightBurn quit unexpectedly. I’ve restarted the machine (iMac running OS 10.9 and reloaded the software a few times now with the same result.
MacOS 10.9 is the problem. LightBurn requires MacOS 10.11 or later. It says this on the installation page in the documentation here: Installing Lightburn - LightBurn Software Documentation
