Lightburn does not recognize my laser (FT 245 R USB FIFO USB port)

I can’t configure Light Burn with my new OMTECH Polar 350 CO2 50-watt laser. It doesn’t recognize the FT245R USB FIFO port.
I have no problems with my other lasers.
I just bought this second-hand one.
Thank you for any help you can give me.

Does it recognize this same port with any of the other lasers?
