I keep getting this error when i try to start lightburn. I have installed and reinstalled lightburn a couple of times. 
I have never seen that one before. First, install this:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Then restart your computer to make sure that all the components get installed correctly. That should work.
