Hi I’ve been using lightburn on my windows 10 laptop for a few weeks now and every time I save or it auto saves or I send a file to the laser the program freezes during the process…is this nornal?
The program freezes during a save? Yes, that’s normal - it’s busy saving your file and doesn’t want you changing it. Normally the process is very quick - is the file you’re saving quite large, or are you saving to a network drive? Both of those things could make it take longer than usual.
Ok…I am saving to my nas device so that’s probably why I notice it taking so long…thanks
