LightBurn shouldn’t crash.
I have reported this to the Dev team.
I’ll need some more information to get this report going.
Was the crash at start-up without a project file loading up?
If a project file launched LightBurn, it may be worth looking at.
If you’re willing and inclined you can share it here or alternately, if the file is private or a nice surprise, you can message me directly with the lbrn or lbrn2 file.
I would also be interested to know the model of the Sculpfun engraver that was unresponsive, the firmware version and build date of the engraver firmware and, if you have changed the controller or firmware recently.
Are you connecting to the engraver with anything other than a USB cable?
This seems very unusual.

Did the crash occur when launching without loading a project file?
I honestly don’t remember if I had an open file or not, but I think so because I launched the frme and the laser was still.

Currently I have no longer had problems with any file, possibly, it should redo the problem, I’ll also send you the file.

Engraver is SCULPFUN S30 PRO MAX
Where can I find firmware information? Through Lightburn?
Are you connecting to the engraver with anything other than a USB cable?
No no, just usb cable.
This looks very unusual.
As I said above, the problem no longer occurred in case I contacted you again.
You have been very kind, thank you.
