I want to cut 4 rectangles of 3mm x 10mm. All the same size. It starts cutting from the leftmost one. But as a result of cutting all
comes out in different sizes. I changed the settings of $100, $101, $110, $111 but
it does not work. The straps are also tight enough. how to get this error
can i fix it? Thanks in advance.(atomstack a5 pro, win 10, lightburn 1.0.06)

If alle rectangles in your design are the same size, it looks like it’s cause by backlash. Did you check your belt tension? Also 2.84mm seems to be a very specific size. Most machines aren’t able to cut that exact.
Belts are at normal tension. It’s not overly stretchy, it’s not baggy either.
You could try the “Hide backlash” feature of Lightburn. But I don’t think it will make much of a difference. Your tolerances are super tiny.

What kind of material are you cutting? 
Sometimes material variances can introduce a .2mm error.
Please post pictures of what you are seeing.
