Lightburn installed on a computer I no longer have access to

Hello everyone! I’m hoping someone can help me. I have Lightburn installed on 2 computers. One of the computers died and is beyond repair. I can’t install lightburn on my new computer because it says my activation key is already installed on 2 other computers. How do I deactivate it on the computer that no longer works?

Great. You should also sort-out why you can’t use the portal as that will make things more convenient for you longer term. It might as simple as using as having used a different email address.
