Hello everyone! I’m hoping someone can help me. I have Lightburn installed on 2 computers. One of the computers died and is beyond repair. I can’t install lightburn on my new computer because it says my activation key is already installed on 2 other computers. How do I deactivate it on the computer that no longer works?

In this case it’s best to login to the license portal where you can manage your license. If for some reason you can’t do that I suggest you email support@lightburnsoftware.com.

I tried the license portal route first but couldn’t access it so I emailed support and hopefully they can help.
Great. You should also sort-out why you can’t use the portal as that will make things more convenient for you longer term. It might as simple as using as having used a different email address.
