LIghtburn Issue when running MSG Restoring Spindle

Evening

Come up with an issue I cannot resolve.

Up until this evening never had a single issue, no changes made to hardware. The only change was the AiO i am using currently with my 40W CO2 (GRBL based) was a trial as I hadn’t entered licence. It was 1.5 version but my licence expired on 1.4. So that was the only thing I did, was activate my licence and restore correct version. It kept all my settings etc

Now i went to run a quick job on my 40W CO2 and I noticed it took time to home. Now homed I ran a quick ramp test and thats when I noticed issue.

It moves in a jerking motion and for a 140mm simple line test it moved but stopped every other second. On the console kept saying MSG - Restoring Spindle

Then the Busy green will not go away and the button underneath just flashes very quickly between Pause and Resume. No option but to force close lightburn and pull plug from mains for laser.
Doing it every time.

The GRBL and all the settings are now same as my main PC, as I import Preferences and Machine Import File.

I have tried clean install of lightburn and setup my windows 10 machine as new but it does it again, 2 different pc different hardware, same software and settings on all 3 machines.

ANY IDEAS??

Update - My Workshop has 3 PC’s, 1 main that runs my CNC machine and use it daily for designing, 1 on bench for Plotter and 1 on Co2 laser bench. I am getting the exact same issues as mentioned above on 2 PC that are not often used. My main PC can connect ands run a material test card on co2 without any issues but both the other PC even tho one is fresh Windows 10 install, new install of lightburn give same problems. I copied over preferences form my main LIghtburn computer so its identical software in every way inc settings and instant press home same problems start.

Its fine now, I had to wait till it uploaded but posted link before it had finished processing

SO much for Jason and his developers and your support forum

Issued resolved due to problems with .NET and your latest libraries, this was mentioned on other groups but ignored. Maybe there are people who do know more than developers who make software.

Thanks for your help SUPPORT

You’re very welcome.
