LightBurn does not connect to my laser, either automatically or manually.
I use a macbook pro (2011) version: 10.13.6 (high Sierra) with laser ACMR P1
Now working with a labtop with Window configuration, it works, but I want to work with a MacBook.
is this macOS version compatible with lightburn?

yes i can choose a port but it does not connect to the laser.
What message do you get in console window?
no message program does not recognize the laser on my MacBook. the laser is recognized with my Windows laptop
You told me you can choose the port. Then you should get messages why it can’t connect. Now you say the program does not recognize the laser. What’s the case now?
After reinstalling the OS on my MacBook, I managed to connect to the laser. thanks for your help, best regards Hans.
