After I upgraded LB to 1.1.01, it prompted for license key. When I entered it, it says Activation limit reached. I have it on two laptops, one in the office and one by the laser machine. I updated the office laptop and now I cannot reactivate it. How can I get it fixed?
The big magnifying glass icon at the top right of the webpage unveils a pretty good search system that you can use on the forums here.

Just remove the old license, and reactivate.

You’d need to do as Colin suggests and remove the laptop from the license key using the portal. You can also email support@lightburnsoftware.com and we can take care of it for you. We can’t do it here because we’d need your key, and can’t have you posting that in public.
