I have purchased a new computer and do not have the old one anymore. When i put my license key in, it will not let me do it as i think it is still recognizing the old computer that i do not have anymore. I have another computer for the laser. So 2 in total that i use lightburn on. What can i do to fix this?
You can manage activations by logging into License Portal. Find the activation for the old computer you no longer use and remove it.
Then you should be able to activate the same license on your new computer.
