I have an OmTech 2028 Red with Ruida controller. I have downloaded Lightburn several times and make sure that I install the drivers on the last page of the install. I’ve tried connecting with both USB and Ethernet and lightburn is not detecting my laser. I’ve even tried to manually configure a profile but it still shows that the laser is “disconnected”. Please help!!!

Ethernet is the best option.
Pick one of them… Ethernet is best for a couple of reasons, the main one is no drivers… Standard Ethernet communication are supported by anything that connects to todays Internet.
You cannot directly connect an Ethernet cable between your computer and the Ruida unless you understand how the communications operate over Ethernet or how to handle a machine with no DCHP server.
It needs to go through your local network (lan).
Sing out if you have issues.
