Not the same symptom but try the solution approach from this post:

Unable to start

Try going here and reinstalling the latest C++ redistributable: Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Learn Then try running LightBurn. If that doesn’t work, reinstall LightBurn and try again.
