LightBurn opening settings changed on my windows pc

If I double click the LightBurn icon the software opens in nonfull screen. I need to click the full screen box two more times to have it open full screen . Is this a windows setting or a setting in LightBurn?

I have been having the same issue. It is just odd that when it opens it is in full screen mode but not actually taking up the whole screen. So you click to make it Windowed and then click again for full screen and to takes up the whole physical screen. I don’t have this issue with any other software on my Windows 10 PC. Windows 10 and Lightburn are up-to-date.

I have a funny feeling that it has to do with the physical screen resolution or the graphics card.

@Spud59, do you happen to be running this on a laptop? I am on an older ASUS and I think the physical screen has an odd native resolution. It is just a guess at the issue.

Right Click on your LightBurn icon and select Properties. In this screen, change the Run: section to Maximized. This will force LightBurn to open up maximized full screen each time. It’s likely set to Normal Window now.
