Hello!

I own both a 1610 and a K40, For some time right now, I’ve encountered this odd issue Im unable to fix.

At apparent times when I start to engrave something, sometimes the software sends the incorrect input to the machine and instead of engraving my art, it starts engraving the words LIGHTBURN at Maximum Power or way above power as my ma meter goes all the way to the end.

I have to stop the machine drastically to avoid getting the tube damaged. Any ideas why this might be happening?

I believe this usually happens if the software thinks it’s not a legitimate copy.

Uuh! Not ok! I own a legitimate copy of
LB. Any ideas how to solve this from the admins?
