I’ve been using the trial for Lightburn with our new laser cutter, but I’ve been having a major issue with Lightburn staying connected over network. It is not an issue with the device or network, as I am able to ping the device as well as connect to it with other software(RDWorks, RUIDA ACS). I do not know a way around this besides waiting until the program connects again, which can take days of trying.
My trial is coming to an end soon, but I am unable to justify purchasing a license with these issues. I’d really appreciate if any advice can be provided, as I’d really like to continue using the software.
