Anyone ever use Tools > Resize Slots to resize all slots or tabs in a Job?
Sure. Many do. Do you encounter any specific issues? A very common issue is that slots or tabs have too many nodes in the path, you can remove it using the shape optimizer. I showed the process here:

Thanks, ill take a look at this. I have a job with 27 parts and multiple tabs in each part. Was designed for 3mm baltic birch plywood. Everything i purchase is listed as 3mm but nothing ever meets that spec. More like 2.6mm
Yes, that’s a common issue. If the measurements are not that relevant, my first try would always be to resize the whole project (like increase by 15%in your case) to make the slots fit automatically.
Ill give that a try. Measurement is not relevant on this job. Slots are too big so resize a little smaller might work. Only thing is the slots are not all in the same plane so that might not work but i could try it. I tried resize slots earlier but it seemed to add extra nodes (Double Lines) to some of the slots.
Using Optimize Selected Shapes may improve the results by eliminating short lines on the slots & tabs in the original design:
Use only the Fit Shapes to Lines optimization, because the others may change right angles into arcs.
Global resizing works on slots at any angle:

Was able to resize the whole job slightly smaller to get a tighter fit on the slots.
