Hi, I’m running a Chinese 60w CO2 laser with a Ruida 644g contoller. I just bought the software after the
trial run and a half dozen times, after successfully sending the file to the laser, LightBurn just shuts down. I am running win10 on a Lenovo laptop with no other programs open.
Can you send me a private message? The next release of LightBurn has a stack dump / trace feature built in to help me diagnose things like this (assuming you’re using Windows). If it crashes it should put up a message that gives me a good idea of what it was trying to do when it crashed. I can send you a link to a pre-release of it.
