The last couple days opening LB gives me the wheel of death for the longest time or it refuses to open. I am using the latest version. I reinstalled, restarted, etc etc. I’m now leaving it on the desktop while the OS sleeps but why? Should I reconfigure the file location making the RAM more efficent? I know just enough to be dangerous.
The issue cleared up after 48 hrs. Why? Is there a good post as to how best to configure the LB files on the drive?

Any chance the computer was just busy doing something else in the background.
I’m almost certain nothing else going on. It’s like LB couldn’t find it’s baggage. I know when 2.o first came out it took the Mac seems 5 min to open but that haven’t happened sence even with the updates till a couple days ago. TODAY all is normal. Attached is the file configuration. If that means anything. Tks
Will Lightburn work on a computer that is NOT connected to the Internet?
Or a problem with Rosetta (the Intel to M-series translator)?
I’m pretty sure all ver’s will work offline as mine does 1.7.6
