i am looking for the option to set the z-savety hight, to move the Laserhead while not engraving on specific heigt to avoid obstacles like down-holder ect.
Is there some option like this?
There is no such option. Many laser controller applications for DSP systems do not support Z control at all. Hold-downs aren’t used much for lasers, because there is no side force applied to materials, so unless it’s warped or light enough to be blown by air assist, part holding isn’t necessary.
