Lightburn 1.4 installed on Win 11. Com Marker Omni1. Use “Find My Laser” button.
Get prompt to “ensure USB connected and click next”
When click Next, a small message windows flashes up for a fraction of a second “Scanning for connected devices…” It shows at 25%, then quits and a blank device info box is displayed. Using Go back and Next repeats the process - no device found.
Device and driver shows in Win 11 Device Manager.

Is there a reason you have chosen to use an old version? The current release is 1.7.08 and version 2.0.00 is in Release Candidate mode currently with full release right around the corner. 
Additionally, support for this laser setup requires the LightBurn Pro License Key. You have not shared which License you are working with. Share when you can.
I clicked on a trial button from the Lightburn website, and thats what downloaded. Tonight when I looked it showed the 1.7 version - so not sure what happened there.
I’ll uninstall and try again tomorrow. The trial version will not detect the OMNI1?

I uninstalled 1.4 - installed 1.7 - it detected the omni no problem and works great in demo mode.
Its a good app and I like it better than ezcad.
