Lightburn stuck on Busy since PC Crashed. Something is still holding connection I even rebooted

seeing stream message when I go to shutdown lightburn

Did you shut off or disconnect the laser first?

I disconnected when Computer crashed. I did power down the laser and back on. I am connected with WIFI it has been working fine. I have a 10W Kiosk

The busy went away but now jump between disconnected and Ready just flips back and forth

WiFi or USB?

Just so you know, WiFi is flaky and not recommended. Ethernet, then USB, then don’t bother.

Are there any other error messages in the Console Window?

Go to Help>Enable Debug log, let it log that ready/disconnect behaviour for about 30 seconds then select Help>Enable Debug log again to stop the logging.

Look in your Documents folder for ‘LightBurnLog.txt’, email that to support@lightburnsoftware.com with a reference to this forum topic.

Thanks for the response I shutdown my machine then restarted Kiosk twice. I ensured Kiosk had it;s I I have a reservation for it. The started my laptop backup and now is working. Sending a test material job right now.
