Lightburn unable to find atomstack P9 M50 on Macbook pro

Hello,

I have macbook pro with usb type c/thunderbolt ports
I use usb type c to usb type a adapter
And have got Atomstack P9 M50.

I installed the driver provided from atomstack. Connected Atomstack P9 M50 using the usb c to usb a adapter. I can see usb device in system report on the mac, however lightburn is unable to detect the P9 M50. Anyone has got similar issues?

Many thanks

I have exactly the same problem.
I can see the Atomstack P9 M50 on the USB port by running this command in the terminal.

ioreg -p IOUSB -w0 -l

I get this back.

Did you manage to resolve this issue?

No, unfortunately not. I installed win10 bootcamp, and it works when i run windows.

Troya, where did you find the atomstack driver for the P9 M50?
