I am getting a alarm when trying to do update it says it can’t close all application to do update. If I ignore this then I get a code 5 on the download. is there a fix for this or can i go back to the old version?
Try restarting your computer before you install it. If you were still running LightBurn, or something else was using any of the files it’s trying to update, that would prevent it from being able to work. You can also just do an uninstall, then install the new one, and that usually works well.
