Lightburn will not find my Gweike Cloud after upgrading license

Hi, I am trying to install my new Gweike Cloud Pro in Lightburn. The software discovered it, and said I needed to upgrade my license to use it. I paid the extra $60, and followed the directions to uninstall and reinstall my license so I could use the machine right away.
Now, Lightburn does not discover the laser at all! It found it right away to charge me, but now nothing!
I restarted the software, computer and laser and still not found.
Some help would be appreciated.

Update - It took a few minutes, but now Lightburn has found it!
Sorry for “crying wolf”. I was a bit short of patience trying to set this new toy up!
