My laser will no move or burn. It will move to home with buttons.
How about more info? LM1 or 2? PC or MAC? Does the software “see” the laser? When you hit “home” does it home? Screen shots of your"Laser" window. Please type $$ into the console and hit the Return/Enter key, then copy and paste the entire output here for review.
