About a month ago lightburn will tell me it can’t find my laser. I get out of lightburn and go back in and it can find my laser. Anyone know why? I have had lightburn for over 2 years and this problem is new.
With laser On and connected you can try right-clicking Devices button in the Laser tab.
Also in Console window turn on Show All.
I am using one.
When it does this it shows my laser in the bottom corner. It’s every other time regardless.
Based on the information in your profile, I must say that I have never worked with the RUIDA system.
However, from the description you gave, I would say that the problem is only communication.
If a cable with a ferrite core is already being used, I would try changing the USB port, moving the USB cable away from power sources, making sure that the cable is properly connected at both ends and possibly changing the power supply plug of the PC to another socket in the house/space.
The only time I encountered a similar problem, changing the cable definitively solved the problem.
