Problems starting 1.7.0 RC on Windows 11

Trying to run the latest RC on Windows 11 and having problems. Click on the icon (from desktop or the start menu) and I get nothing but a busy cursor for a couple seconds and then nothing. Checked the event log and I’ve got an error complaining about an exception in MSVCP140.dll so I grabbed the latest installer for that and ran the repair option to no avail. The old “beta” 1.7 from the google drive works fine but the official RCs don’t (tried RC2, RC3, and RC5 this morning). Can provide mor…
