Ligthburn stopped from running

If you reinstall Lightburn in the same PC no seat gets consumed.
Maybe you don´t need to do that read this first:

Lightburn worked fine a few days ago but now will not open. I’ve tried running in compatability mode, run as administrator, repaired c++, uninstalled and reinstalled it all with no luck. Any ideas? I don’t even get an error message. Just nothing happens.
