I’m wanting to make a jig so I can laser text onto a few items at a time,the text is always a different size. My question is,can I use a certain linetype that can stay on the file so I keep position but the laser won’t use. Hope that makes sense.
I am not sure if this will do what you want as I don’t use LB! but I have seen this mentioned in the updates in the past
tool layers (never output, used for labels, alignment, text on path, etc)
Maybe documented some where, a quick search may also come up with results that might help.
Any line can be set not to output, but as Alfred mentioned, tool layers (T1 and T2) are specifically made to use as guides and position helpers.
