I have been having problems engraving on metal. I keep getting lines that aren’t engraving.
I have made sure belts are tight. all gears look good. I’ve raised and lowered power and speed. I changed lpi setting to .08. But I still get horizontal lines that ruins the engraving. Any advice would be appreciated.
Are you using Flood Fill?
If not, this might be a motion driven bad contact on your wiring
I would advise, go connector by connector. make sure all connected correct and no issues with them.
If flood FIll enabled, you might need to work on yoru belt tensions because flood fill requires your machine frame to be as near perfect as possible
