LM3. Not homing or moving after using YRC. Gantry won't move at all while laser is on

After using the YRC for quite a while, I went back to trying to use it as normal. Reverted settings by importing my settings that I saved before changing them for YRC use. Getting Alarm 9 and the motors sound like they are engaged but not running if that makes sense. I have the switch flipped back to Y motor and rotary turned off in settings. Jogging does not work either. Checked belts and they are tight and clean. Here is GRBL output with startup and error:

Hi Tim,

Goes without saying - you have reversed the switch to Ymotor on the back correct?

Type in console $RST=*

And follow the motor cables to the motherboard to be sure the Y cable did not slip out.

Alternatively, just to confirm there are signals coming off the Y cable - switch to YRR mode. Use YRR cable and plug from YRR port to X Motor. Try homing. The X should move instead of Y
