LM3 not powering on

I shut down my LM3 last night and when I tried to power on this morning, a white light blinked for a few seconds then quit.
This happens every time I have tried to turn on machine.
Tried unplugging for a while then replugging, same thing happens.

I would ask you to triple check the obvious

Key - and Emergency switcH

then unplug laser head cable, and just on USB try to power on
Same behaviour?

same thing happens

what happens if you … with all cables unplutted…
PRESS and hold POWEr then plug usb?

Red, green and blue lights blinking

Download unzip
https://ortur.tech/firmware/OLM_Series/OLM3_Firmware_Release_210.zip

you will notice you have a OLM3 drive in your computer
copy there the .bin file and let it update

I don’t have the USB drive plugs into the computer. Running my CNC presently and used another USB connection on my power supply.
Is there another way to upload that file?

could you right click windows menu → device manager
Then expand PORTS and DISKS section and take a screenshot?

Gil, I appreciate your time and trying to help me, but I’m not understanding what your asking.

FYI, I’m using a MacBook

Sorry i missed that you are on mac, you should have a drive in your desktop that is the Firmware drive of the machine

I used LightBurn to originally connect to the LM3
Nothing on my computer

My CNC will be finished in an hour. I will then download the files you sent and connect my computer to the machine and copy that file you mentioned and see what happens.

Now it is beeping 3 times while going from steady red to blinking red and purple

Gil,
Trying to figure out the light code that the machine is throwing off. Beeping with a red then flashing purple then repeating.
How do I get the firmware on to the LM3?
What firmware files do I use?
