We got several machines using lightburn at a makerspace and would love to prevent users from going into machine settings. Is there any way to lock it down to require a password ?
Thanks

There isn’t - It seemed silly to add it because RDWorks has a fixed password that can be trivially found with Google. We have a function to disable the ‘Start’ button. We could have another to hide the machine settings window, but we don’t at present.
that password however can be changed, usually this isn’t a problem in a private environment but in a public area with multiple people thinking they know better and change the steps of the motors and crash the head every single week, it gets a little tedious to fix the machine and redo calibration. I think that method to either password protect the machine settings or disable them somehow would def be beneficial.
