What would be recommended setting for Longer 5 watt to cut padauk thins? I know its under powered for cutting. I’ve been able to cut 1/8" Birchwood plywood very very slow at 100% and about 8 passes.
As you write yourself, you are underpowered for this kind of tasks with a 5W diode. Even if you get through 2-3mm wood, you use many turns for it with ugly burns as a result.
It is a pity for the used energy and material, imho
