Im having troubles with Longer ray5 10W and lightburn. It looks that everything set up is ok, but I can not move laser from the Lightburn.
Does enybody have a solution for that?

Post a screenshot (not a phone pic please) showing the laser tab and console window.
In the Device Settings Window (Wrench & Screwdriver icon) disable this setting then home the laser and show the console window again. Make it taller to show more of the text as well.
Its funny…have all setings, except that one you marked:
it should be bellow Return to finish position, but it is missing…
That’s because you’re using 1.7. That’s a new feature in 2.0.
OK, new plan. On the laser tab right click on the devices button. That should reset the laser and give usable output in the console window.
No, the trial is fully functional.
Just to be clear, this is a new machine that has never worked? Does it work with their software?
Hi, Laser is new, bought in November 2025. I made onlay 2 trials with laser with GC file and memory card on the device itself.

OK, did you install the CH340 driver file and use the lbdev file? This video walks you through the process. Just be sure to download the appropriate files for your particular machine.
