Hi I hope someone can help? I have had this machine for nearly a year now and it has never done this!!! I think i have switched something on or off??? No idea! This is on paper but it is doing it on wood also. The setting I have for paper is 400 speed and power 60% I am stumped this has never happened before… Sorry just realised I have not said what it is doing… The circles are complete circles. and the squares are complete squares… The preview shows it cutting the circle and the rings perfectly!

This is mostly likely a mechanical issue.
Check that pinions are properly secured to stepper shaft and belt tension.
