I have an X1 Tool Pro 20W. I have been engraving a lot of items and had no issues. When I started to engrave a picture. it starts then stops. On the Console Tab, it states it is losing communication? So I tested with the X1 Tool software and had no issues. the issue is when I use Lightburn for engraving pictures, it loses communications. Is there something i need to do to make it work and not lose connection?
