I updated my computer to a different OS installation and now it’s asking me for my license key which I cannot find. The stupid thing is I created an email when I purchased my laser from boss and I do not have that email anymore. What can I do? I have it on my computer my computer upstairs but the computer I use with my machine I can’t access the program.
If you received the license directly from BOSS, you’d have to contact them to get the license key. If you purchased the license directly from LightBurn, you can access the License Portal (<-Click here for instructions) and retrieve the key. If you do have to contact BOSS, once you’ve got your license information, I’d recommend sending an e-mail to support@lightburnsoftware.com and asking them to assign your license key to your e-mail address, that way you can use the Portal in the future as well.
