Lost License, Support does not react

I have lost my License number and I have now contacted 3 times the support but no one replies. Contact via Facebook is also not possible. Can someone help me how I can get in contact with the lightburn guys?
I remeber there was a login page where I can see my license, but I don’t have the link.
