Lost my connection will not reconnect

I am on a Mac using LightBurn to my GRBL Ortur Laser Master 2.
I had a connection and now it won’t connect. I have restarted the computer several times, unplugged the USB in and out several times and it will not reconnect. What am I missing?

Do you see the port in the drop-down? Have you selected it?
