M code in Gcode output

Just curious, I just bought Lightburn and created a square, nothing more, generated the G Code just so I could look at it knowing that to start and stop the laser Lightburn uses M106 Sxxx but I see at the bottom of the G code the line M67 E0 Q0 which is the code I use in my Linuxcnc mill with laser attached to control the laser (M67 E0 Qnn.nn to turn on).
So why is this code added? and it would be nice to have it as well as M106… as an option
Also I expected about 4 lines of ‘burning’ code as the box has only 4 lines to it obviously but I have hundreds of small movement which is not very efficient (but I just bought it today so I probable don’t know what I’m doing)
