Is there anyone who can help me find a thread adapter M22xM22 EXTERNAL thread, either as a breast nipple or as a long thread. The standard internal lens holder threads are not long enough for my purpose. By all standart supplier I have looked for and could not find anything.
Thank you and Merry Christmas to you all
I thought a metric fastener was described with Mx followed by thread pitch followed by length, as in an M6 bolt of 1 mm pitch 10 mm long would be M6-1.0 x 10.
Also, an adapter implies going from one thread to another or similar transition.
I used OpenSCAD to create a mirror retainer requiring no tools to secure the mirror, as opposed to those pin-type wrenches to fit the tiny holes, but it doesn’t seem as though that is your objective.
Would a 3D printed structure work for your application?
Hi Fred, thanks for the feedback. Yes, usually there is a number after the actual thread size which indicates the increase(pitch?), but I do not know it, but think it is metric fine-thread 1 or 1.25. It is the same as on the nozzle itself and the purpose is also to connect 2 x Ø25 pipe pieces and a nozzle.
If I have had a 3d printer I would have made an attempt. I have tried with fittings from power cable bushing, it was also the wrong M22x ?. Strange that Cloudray does not have it.
Merry Christmas
