Hi, I have a Mac m2 pro and I got it from twotrees tts 10 pro machine. I set up the machine and connected the USB connection cable to the computer with my USB-C converter (the converter I use for the printer). When I try to install the LightBurn application I get a connection error. Although the computer reads the machine I continue to have connection problems with the LightBurn application. I think there may be a problem with the USB-to-USB-C converter I am using. Can you help me with the problem?
Hello Talha
This is not an uncommon issue with Apple Silicon macs
Try adding a 2.0 USB (3 or more ports) in between your Mac and the Laser. That should fix the issue.

That could possibly work
I would try to get something cheaper 2.0 (black ports) if available.
