Macbook M4 + Mecpow X3 Pro

I’ve been desperately trying for two days to get LightBurn’s console to detect my laser machine.

I’ve installed the drivers correctly, and the terminal shows the device is detected and connected. I’ve installed Rosetta 2, re-downloaded and double-checked everything multiple times, and even added the laser manually since it never detects it automatically.

Still, nothing works. It says “Laser Ready,” but it’s like no data is actually being sent—I’m losing my mind.

I’m using a MacBook Air M4 with Sequoia and have already tried two different USB hubs, one from Apple and another from a reputable company that works perfectly.

Aside from installing Parallels (which I’d like to avoid due to limited disk space), is there anything else I can try?

Thanks so much in advance.

Show the output of the terminal, what device has been detected?
You should not need Rosetta etc, I think.
Manually adding the laser is better than automatic detection in most cases. After creating the laser, were you able to select the correct port?

You definitely need a USB hub in between, try a USB 2.0 hub. Those old chips have issues with USB 3 and USB-C is a no-go as well.

Thank you Melvin, Rosetta is already installed. Even if I installa manually I have some port like this in the software : cu.wchusbserial1110

I0ve already tried two different hubs with different capabilities 2.0 and 3.0 from usb to usb c

As @misken asked, getting a screenshot of your entire LightBurn window, including the console, would really help us to assist.

I want to see what you have in your workspace to be sent, as well as what the Console reports when the laser is connected.
