I am looking at Lightburn as another tool to my toolkit. I have a J Tech, 7 watt laser running on a CNC machine using Mach 3 and Vectric VCarve Pro 10.5x. I do know that Lightburn does not control Mach 3. What I’m looking into is saving the program design to g-code and loading the g-code onto Mach 3 to run.
My question is, when you first setup Lightburn, what do you choose for the controller type to be able to save the g-code correctly for Mach 3 to use? Or is this even possible?
Thanks for any information … other than buy a GRBL controller.
