Machine busy or paused. Can not send file

Every time I send a file to the laser now I get the box that says the laser is paused or busy. I can not cut anything now, this is very discouraging. Thank you.

Hi,

I just had that box on the ruida controller. I just moved the laser head a little bit and it reset and allowed the machine to continue. This might be similar to your issue? Hope it helps.

Make sure you are not seeing an error on the control panel itself, and make sure you are actually connected to the laser.

  • How are you connected? (USB, wired Ethernet, or Wifi?)
  • What kind of job are you sending?
  • Do you see any errors on the laser panel itself?
  • Do you see “Found RDC644xG” or similar on the bottom of the LightBurn window when you start it?
